RETREAT LEADERS
The Inner Compass Retreat is led by Thor Olafsson. With 20 years’ experience as a global leadership coach, master trainer and author of Beyond Ego – The Inner Compass of Conscious Leaders – leaders will receive expert guidance over the duration of the retreat. Co-leading the retreat with Thor, is Dorothe Trassl. This powerful combination is not to be missed!

You will arrive at the retreat for a 2pm start on the 1st July. July 2-3 will be brimming with engaging activities and exercises. Your departure is scheduled for 5 pm on July 3rd, marking the conclusion of the retreat journey. Please book your own flights based on this information.
