VIDIA is Strategic Leadership’s own web based tool that helps managers create and sustain a constructive dialogue on performance and development with their team members.

It not only provides an easy to follow framework for this dialogue, but both managers and employees benefit from a number of tips given in the tool. Through this process, employees can give and receive confidential, anonymous feedback from the people who work around them to help them grow.

FIVE DYSFUNCTIONS ASSESSMENT

MULTIPLE BRAIN INTEGRATION TECHNIQUES (mBIT®)

mBIT, which stands for "Multiple Brain Integration Techniques," is a relatively new and holistic approach to personal development and decision-making that is based on the idea that humans have not one, but three "brains" - the head brain (cognitive), the heart brain (emotional), and the gut brain (intuitive).

mBraining, short for "multiple brain coaching," is a practice that applies the principles of mBIT to help individuals align and harmonise these three intelligences. By recognising the unique wisdom and functions of each brain, mBIT and mBraining aim to foster greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and intuitive decision-making. These techniques are best used for improving leadership skills, enhancing emotional resilience, reducing stress, and making more balanced and effective decisions. STRENGTHSCOPE®

Strengthscope® focuses on measuring what energises an individual by identifying 24 distinct strengths categorised into Emotional, Relational, Thinking, and Execution domains. These strengths are scored on a standardised scale from 1 to 10 and compared to a relevant comparison group. The assessment helps individuals understand their energising strengths, guiding them to leverage these areas in their work while also highlighting non-strength areas or energy-drainers. Strengthscope® is recognised for its validity and reliability, holding registered test status with the British Psychological Society, making it one of the most credible strengths profiling tools available.
