Before her coaching and teaching career, Katja worked as a team leader for Volkswagen on EU-funded projects. Since then, she has broadened her overview of different industries by coaching leaders and teams in sectors ranging from non-profit to aerospace, medicine, education, technology and banking. Especially in difficult circumstances, clients appreciate her optimistic, sunny personality, her contagious belief in human potential and her love for life.

With four degrees, Katja has a strong academic background in Psychology and Education. In her position as a Psychology professor for over 14 years, she has fostered her passion for understanding and maximising human potential.
