Cosima has more than 10 years of international business experience, having worked in various positions for the sportswear company Adidas. Furthermore she served as CEO of a medium-sized family business (Mercedes car dealership) for several years. The vast leadership experience she gained from these positions, allows her to effectively observe and understand the business world from many perspectives.

Her passion for bringing out the best in her employees has lead her to her career as an international trainer and business coach. She is eager to help business leaders who have the courage to follow their own passion and are willing to leave their comfort zone in order to find their purpose.
