Susan is a business graduate with focus on Human Resources, experienced in HR and Project Management, she has been working with individuals and teams to empower them to grow and thrive since 2013. She works as a trainer and coach for executives and teams in the areas of leadership development, personal development, conflict management, team development and in change processes.

Susan designs and delivers leadership programmes using a variety of learning methods, to enable individual and organisational growth for the clients’ specific leadership challenges. She has much experience in the areas of conflict management, team building and development to create functional and inspiring teams and a healthy team culture.
