Kamila is a Learning & Development Professional with a background in designing and delivering training interventions with specific focus on all aspects of communication skills. She has 14 years of extensive international experience, working across Europe, Middle East, Asia and America.

Kamila has designed and delivered many training programmes on the topic of communication and creativity. When working with a group of media agencies, she took part in the pitch writing processes and gave feedback during pitch rehearsals.

She has a CIPD Master’s level accreditation in Talent and Career Management.
