Conscious leadership is Pam’s passion. She uses her warmth and energetic curiosity to support her executive coaching and training clients in discovering their strengths and maximising their potential and their impact toward positive change, as leaders in all areas of their lives. Her clients appreciate the safe environment she creates for them to explore their own values and widen their visions of what is possible. She helps them to learn skills to build powerful relationships. She helps people choose the beliefs and behaviours that benefit themselves, their teams and organisations, and the world around them.

For the past 20+ years, Pam has lived and worked in North and South America, Eastern and Western Europe, Asia and West Africa. Her experience is multifaceted and includes: training and managing field researchers; conducting needs assessments; project design, delivery and evaluation; managing grant projects; and recruiting talent for international development projects.
